Booking

OkTermin — booking for small businesses

// The problem
Small businesses such as salons and practices take bookings by phone and by message. Typical booking systems confirm a slot automatically, but the owner wants the final say over their own calendar.
// The solution
Our own product. A business sets up its location, staff, services and opening hours, embeds a booking form on its own website and confirms each request in the mobile app. Only then is the slot booked, and the customer gets an e-mail with a calendar invite. The database itself rejects a double booking of the same person at the same time, so not even two customers clicking at the same moment can cause one.
// Results
- A booking form the business embeds on its own website
- A 6-step setup guide: business, staff, services, opening hours, contract, launch
- Double booking of the same person at the same time is ruled out in the database itself
- Pre-launch, with a pilot at a dog-grooming salon in preparation
